Secretarial Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Compliances with Companies Act 2013, SEBI LODR, PIT and SAST and other applicable Laws
• Arranging and managing the complete process for Board / Committee and Shareholder meetings, including drafting of agenda papers, notices and minutes in a timely manner.
• Ensuring compliance with Company Law regulations, Secretarial Standards, SEBI laws, Listing / Debt Regulations, IEPF, etc.
• Assisting in preparation of Companys Annual Report.
• Timely maintaining and updating record Statutory Registers as required under the Companies Act, 2013 & Rules thereunder.
• Coordinating various share related activities with Companys Registrar and Transfer Agent and resolving investor grievances.
• Liaise with Secretarial Auditor, Statutory Auditors, support corporate governance initiatives and advise on compliance matter
• Good understanding and experience of Contract Laws, Companies Act, Intellectual Property Rights etc.
• Ensuing compliance tool management .
