Skills & Qualifications:

For Freshers:

• Master’s degree in relevant subject (M.Sc., M.A., M.Com, M.Tech, etc.).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and research.
• UGC NET qualification preferred for universities and government colleges.

For Experienced Lecturers:

• PhD or M.Phil in relevant discipline preferred.
• Proven

  2–15+ years of teaching or research experience

  .
• Ability to manage large classes and provide

  personalized student mentoring

  .
• Experience in publishing research papers, journals, or books is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong classroom management and interactive teaching techniques.

Salary Range:

• Freshers:

  ₹4 LPA – ₹6 LPA

• Experienced Lecturers:

  ₹7 LPA – ₹20+ LPA (based on subject expertise, experience, and institution)
