As a smart and confident professional with excellent communication skills and 1-2 years of experience in drafting and documentation, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Prepare, review, and manage lease agreements, contracts, and documentation - Coordinate deal signings and maintain proper record-keeping - Ensure compliance with legal and company policies - Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams - Work with online tools, CRM systems, and digital platforms for documentation and reporting To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience in leasing, trucking, admin, or operations roles preferred - Knowledge of legal documentation and agreement handling - Proficiency in online tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, etc.) - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Additionally, the job is full-time with benefits including paid sick time.
