The Opportunity: Your Core Responsibilities and Impact


This is a full-time hybrid role for specialists based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, offering work-from-home flexibility. You will be a critical part of our operations, ensuring the financial integrity and efficient management of our clients' commercial real estate portfolios.


As a Specialist, you will be responsible for:


  • Financial & Compliance Expertise:

     Conducting CAM reconciliations and preparing comprehensive audit reports to identify potential savings and ensure financial accuracy for our clients.
  • Lease Portfolio Management:

     Lease abstraction and lease administration—you'll ensure all documents are accurately interpreted and recorded.
  • Daily Operational Tasks:

     Managing lease databases and actively ensuring compliance with lease terms to mitigate risk for clients.
  • Client Collaboration & Resolution:

     Collaborating with clients to efficiently address and resolve issues, turning complex challenges into clear solutions.


What You'll Bring to the Team (Required Qualifications)

Essential Experience & Skills:


  • Demonstrated Experience in Lease Abstraction and Lease Administration.
  • Expertise in CAM Reconciliation and Audit skills.
  • Strong analytical and attention-to-detail abilities to manage complex documentation.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client and team interaction.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in our hybrid work environment.
  • Technical & Educational Foundation:
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for lease management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
