Role Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload, organize, and maintain course materials and resources on the LMS.
  • Ensure content is accurate, well-formatted, and user-friendly.
  • Work with content creators to integrate materials seamlessly into the system.
  • Manage daily LMS operations like user account setup, course creation, and updates.
  • Generate and analyze simple reports on user activity and course completion.
  • Collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts, and IT teams to align LMS with organizational goals.
  • Act as a key contact for clients and guide them through the LMS platform.
  • Conduct training sessions or create user guides and resources to improve LMS usability.
  • Provide prompt technical assistance and escalate issues if needed. 


Qualification:

  • Graduate in any field (B.com, BA or related field).
  • 0–3 years of experience in LMS administration, coordination, or a similar role (Freshers are welcome).
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of LMS platforms and computer applications like MS Office.
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
