Role Description: Hunarho Learning Solutions is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to lead B2B vertical. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and the ability to establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions across India. This role involves travel across the region to promote and implement Hunarho - Aerobay’s experiential labs for schools. Key Responsibilities : Identify, engage and build relationships with key stakeholders like the school administrators, principals and decision-makers Develop and execute a strategic sales plan tailored to the education sector, focusing on creating long-term value for clients. Travel across the region to conduct presentations, product demos and on-site client meetings. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management team. Drive business development efforts for the B2B verticle, ensuring targets and revenue goals are met. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred) 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the education sector. Proven experience in developing and managing regional sales operations. Strong networking and relationship-building skills with stakeholders in the education sector.
