Career Counsellor for Edtech

• Connect with students and prospective learners to understand their career goals and recommend suitable courses.
• Upsell and cross-sell various educational programs to meet students' needs and company goals. 
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and leads using CRM tools.
• Provide guidance on career development opportunities and job market trends to help students make informed decisions.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions between lead generation and enrolment.
• Manage follow-up calls and emails to maximize conversions and build long-term student relationships.
• Stay up to date with Hunarho’s product offerings to effectively promote them to students.  Analyse student feedback and market trends to improve counseling strategies and contribute to sales growth.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
