Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Officer to join Hunarho. The officer will be responsible for connecting with local preschools and daycare centers in their assigned city/region and onboarding them as our Learning Centers. This role demands strong networking, communication, and sales abilities to build lasting partnerships with educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and connect with preschools, daycare centers, and educational institutions within your city/region.

· Drive partnerships by onboarding preschools as Hunarho Learning Centers.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with local school owners, principals, and decision-makers.

· Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and meetings to promote Hunarho’s offerings.

· Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, and conversion.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly onboarding targets.

Qualifications

· 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (experience in the education sector is a plus).

· Strong local networking, communication, and presentation skills.

· Proven ability to achieve sales or onboarding targets.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city/region.
