Primary Responsibility:

The L&D Administrator is primarily responsible for coordinating learning programs and managing day-to-day L&D operations such as scheduling sessions, sending invites, maintaining training data, supporting platform usage, and assisting in vendor and logistics coordination


Role Description:

As an L&D Administrator, you will play a key support role in the execution of employee development initiatives. Working closely with the L&D Manager and HR team, your focus will be on the administrative and coordination aspects of learning programs — from onboarding training to functional and soft skills development sessions.

This role is well-suited for someone with strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and an interest in learning and growth. Prior experience in L&D or HR coordination will be beneficial, though we are happy to support your learning journey within this function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training logistics (venue, invites, materials, attendance tracking).
  • Maintain and update training calendars and employee learning records.
  • Support learning platform administration (user access, course uploads, tracking progress).
  • Assist in communication for upcoming programs, reminders, and feedback collection.
  • Collate post-training feedback and assist in preparing reports.
  • Liaise with external trainers or vendors for program execution.
  • Support documentation, budgeting assistance, and data collation for L&D metrics.
  • Stay informed of new tools and practices to make learning more effective.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in L&D is preferred.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools/platforms.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the L&D function.
