Learning Experience Designer

Role Overview: You will be joining the Operational Learning team at JPMorgan Chase as a Digital Learning Developer. Your main responsibility will be to design and develop engaging digital learning solutions that support business upskilling efforts. This role will allow you to work in a dynamic environment that combines startup-like agility with the structured scale of a Fortune 50 enterprise. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop impactful digital learning solutions using agile development tools and processes - Create engaging and interactive learning content, including e-learning courses, infographics, animations, simulations, assessments, microlearnings, and learning games - Ensure training content meets audio/visual technical specifications, brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and industry best practices - Collaborate on multiple large-scale projects with various stakeholders as part of a global Learning Development team - Deliver high-quality solutions and consistently maintain project schedules Qualification Required: - Strong experience in building digital learning solutions - Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and balance agility with structured scale - Up-to-date knowledge of current trends in e-learning, including advancements in AI usage - Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 levels A-AA requirements and experience in creating fully accessible digital solutions - Experience in designing engaging learning interventions that go beyond traditional approaches - Continuous learning and development in educational technology, adult learning, and educational best practices Additional Company Details: The tech stack and tools you will be working with include Adobe Creative Suite applications, LMS platforms (e.g., Oracle), Articulate Storyline, SCORM, Figma, Microsoft Office Tools, Vyond, Centrical, LLMs/AI, and Synthesia.,
