You will lead hands-on sessions that spark curiosity, make science fun and accessible, and help visitors build confidence in exploring on their own. You'll also keep the lab running smoothly behind the scenes managing equipment, organising materials, and keeping everything safe and visitor-ready. Key responsibilities You will be responsible for: 1. Leading interactive science sessions and drop-in activities in the lab 2. Planning and updating monthly session calendars 3. Supporting and guiding visitors in a friendly, approachable way 4. Ensuring safety standards are met and equipment is used responsibly 5. Maintaining and organising lab equipment and inventory 6. Collaborating with our team to update and improve learning experiences 7. Gathering feedback from visitors and adapting based on their needs
