Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Associate in the Learning & Development team at JLL Business Services (JBS), you will play a crucial role in enhancing employee upskilling and development by delivering targeted learning experiences tailored to the needs of Operations professionals. Your responsibilities will include facilitating learning programs, ensuring high-quality L&D data, and maintaining a consistent experience across all programs and products. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and facilitate interactive in-person learning sessions - Regularly assess, evaluate, monitor, and track the effectiveness of training programs - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and content - Manage the administration and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS) - Collect training data accurately for effective data management and reporting - Provide feedback to participants and management on training outcomes - Offer coaching and mentorship to employees for their professional development initiatives Qualifications Required: - 10-12 years of related experience - Proficiency in designing and delivering engaging training sessions - Knowledge of Instructional Design and Principles of Adult Learning - Ability to conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) - Proficiency in project management methodologies - Experience in data analysis and evaluation Additional Company Details: At Learning@JBS, we focus on cultivating diversity, inclusivity, and continuous growth through comprehensive training programs that empower employees to achieve their full potential.
