Job Purpose

AI-enabled tools and analytics

Key Responsibilities

Training Needs Analysis & Strategy

  • Conduct

    data-backed Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

    in coordination with department heads, PMS Specialists, and HR.
  • Use

    AI-based tools and dashboards

    to identify skill gaps and learning trends across departments.
  • Develop

    annual and quarterly learning strategies

    aligned with business and performance goals.
  • Translate insights into structured

    learning roadmaps

    with measurable outcomes.

Learning Program Design & Implementation

  • Design and deploy

    AI-integrated learning modules

    , competency-based programs, and digital training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs and external consultants to implement targeted training solutions.
  • Oversee end-to-end

    program execution

    , ensuring alignment with identified skill needs and performance metrics.
  • Implement

    personalized learning journeys

    using analytics-driven recommendations.

Onboarding & Continuous Learning

  • Design and deliver

    AI-enhanced onboarding content

    to ensure smooth employee integration.
  • Continuously update and improve induction programs using engagement analytics and feedback.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and self-development across teams.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting

  • Track and analyze training participation, effectiveness, and post-learning performance using AI dashboards.
  • Measure

    training ROI

    and present insights through data visualization tools.
  • Maintain centralized records of programs, vendors, budgets, and outcomes.
  • Prepare

    monthly and quarterly L&D analytics reports

    for management.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Drive

    automation and digital transformation

    in learning processes using AI and LMS platforms.
  • Optimize training documentation, tracking, and evaluation systems for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and learning methodologies for process enhancement.
