We are seeking our first dedicated Talent Development hire, a Learning & Development Partner, who will shape, scale, and champion BOT Consulting’s talent enablement strategy.You will design, deliver, and embed “best-in-class” learning programs inspired by our customers’ top-tier consulting and engineering standards. Your focus will be on nurturing a high-performance, curiosity-driven culture, enabling leadership development, and accelerating skills growth across our Global Delivery Centres (GDCs).Working closely with People’s Practice leadership, GDC leaders, and client partners, you will also lay the foundation of the Odyssey Talent Enablement framework, integrating it into onboarding, capability building, and career acceleration pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Development Strategy & Design:
Build BOT Consulting’s L&D roadmap from the ground up, aligned with our Odyssey methodology and business growth priorities. Adapt “best-in-class” enablement models from our customers to BOT’s unique culture and GDC structure. Develop role-based capability frameworks for consultants, engineers, and leaders. - Culture & Leadership Development:
Design programs that embed BOT’s values, Curiosity, Strategic Growth Partner mindset, and AI-augmented productivity, into daily practice. Create leadership development pathways for emerging and experienced leaders in both technical and consulting roles. Facilitate workshops and interventions that strengthen collaboration, accountability, and high-performance mindsets. - GDC Enablement & Collaboration:
Partner with GDC leaders to identify skill gaps and craft targeted interventions that accelerate readiness for client delivery. Collaborate across multiple GDCs to create a shared culture of learning, best practice exchange, and peer mentoring. Integrate L&D metrics into GDC performance reviews and career progression frameworks. - Odyssey Talent Foundation:
Operationalize the Odyssey Talent Enablement framework as a core element of onboarding, career pathways, and leadership pipelines. Develop and maintain standard enablement assets—role play-books, onboarding trackers, coaching guides—mapped to Odyssey milestones. Pilot AI-augmented learning tools to enhance self-paced and just-in-time learning across the company. - Learning Delivery & Measurement:
Deliver high-impact workshops, coaching sessions, and digital learning experiences. Measure program effectiveness through engagement, retention, skill adoption, and business impact metrics. Continuously iterate on programs using feedback from learners, leaders, and customers.

Qualifications
Essential Skills:
- 7–10 years in Learning & Development, Talent Enablement, or Organizational Development, ideally within consulting, technology services, or professional services.
- Proven experience designing and implementing leadership and cultural development programs in high-growth environments.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with ability to influence across levels and geographies.
- Deep understanding of consulting delivery culture, customer-first enablement, and talent acceleration strategies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in building L&D functions from the ground up.
- Exposure to GDC or distributed team models in a global context.
- Familiarity with AI-augmented learning tools and modern digital learning platforms.
