Senior Integration Developer

As a Senior Salesforce Integration Developer, you will be the lead technical integration resource on Salesforce implementation teams, responsible for evaluating, designing, and developing integrations to the Salesforce platform for non-profit organizations and higher education institutions. You must be deeply familiar with Salesforces APIs, middleware tools, and Apex integration. Your key responsibilities will include serving as the integration lead developer on project teams, writing comprehensive test code coverage, creating integration documentation, delivering quality results for clients, working collaboratively with project managers, facilitating meetings, reporting on project status and risks, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of NPSP and/or EDA, assessing client business requirements, being a thought leader within the Salesforce ecosystem, showing commitment to customer satisfaction, contributing to the betterment of Cloud for Good, and being prepared to work in shifts across different time zones. To qualify for this role, you should have strong Salesforce configuration knowledge, a minimum of two years of Salesforce integration experience, experience with SOAP and REST APIs, familiarity with databases, Eclipse IDE, VS Code, or SalesforceDX CLI, event-driven integrations, middleware tools like Jitterbit or Mulesoft, best practices for integrations, knowledge of nonprofit or higher education systems, consulting experience, and familiarity with Salesforce functions. Preferred qualifications include certifications such as Salesforce.com administrator certification, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer certification, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, organizational skills, project management skills, time management skills, written and verbal communication skills, intellectual curiosity, passion for continuous learning, and presentation skills are desired.
