Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle CPQ Cloud Professional to help us design, build, and manage our Configure, Price, and Quote (CPQ) system. You will work closely with business and technical teams to improve the way we create quotes, manage pricing, and streamline our sales processes using Oracle CPQ Cloud. Key Responsibilities: Set up and configure Oracle CPQ Cloud based on business needs. Build and manage product configurations, pricing models, and quote templates. Work with business users to gather requirements and turn them into technical solutions. Integrate CPQ with CRM (like Oracle CX or Salesforce) and ERP systems (like Oracle Fusion). Automate and improve quoting workflows and approval processes. Write and maintain scripts, rules, and data tables in Oracle CPQ. Test and troubleshoot issues, ensuring a smooth experience for users. Support upgrades, patches, and new features in the CPQ platform. Train users and create documentation for CPQ-related processes. Work with cross-functional teams (sales, IT, finance) to improve the quoting system. Required Skills and Experience: 510 years of experience working with Oracle CPQ Cloud (formerly BigMachines). Strong understanding of CPQ features: product configuration, pricing, quoting, workflows, approvals. Experience with BML (BigMachines Language), JavaScript, and document design tools (like Doc Engine). Hands-on experience with CPQ integrations using APIs or middleware tools. Good knowledge of sales processes and how CPQ supports them. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills to work with technical and business teams. Experience on QA and functional testing. Nice to Have: Experience with Oracle CX Cloud, Oracle Fusion, or Salesforce integration. Oracle CPQ Certification. Knowledge of Coupa Data Model, Smart Forms, Approvals, and Configurable Fields . Strong SQL and data querying skills to extract, transform, and analyse procurement and financial data. Ability to debug Coupa API logs, troubleshoot issues , and coordinate with technical teams. Prior experience in P2P, S2P, and contract lifecycle management processes . Familiarity with Coupa Supplier Portal and Supplier Enablement workflows . Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Experience working with D365 F&O, SAP Ariba, or Oracle Cloud Procurement alongside Coupa. Knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools for process automation within Coupa. Experience in Coupa Risk Assess, Spend Guard, and Risk Assessments . Certification in Coupa Platform Administration or Technical Integration .
