Job Description

As a Learning & Development Partner at BOT Consulting, you will play a crucial role in shaping and championing the talent enablement strategy. Your main responsibilities will include designing and delivering best-in-class learning programs, fostering a high-performance culture, and accelerating skills growth across Global Delivery Centres (GDCs). - **Talent Development Strategy & Design**: - Build BOT Consulting's L&D roadmap aligned with the Odyssey methodology and business growth priorities. - Adapt enablement models from customers to BOT's unique culture and GDC structure. - Develop role-based capability frameworks for consultants, engineers, and leaders. - **Culture & Leadership Development**: - Design programs that embed BOT's values and leadership mindset into daily practice. - Create leadership development pathways for technical and consulting roles. - Facilitate workshops that strengthen collaboration, accountability, and high-performance mindsets. - **GDC Enablement & Collaboration**: - Identify skill gaps and craft interventions to accelerate readiness for client delivery. - Create a culture of learning and best practice exchange across GDCs. - Integrate L&D metrics into performance reviews and career progression frameworks. - **Odyssey Talent Foundation**: - Operationalize the Odyssey Talent Enablement framework for onboarding and career pathways. - Develop enablement assets mapped to Odyssey milestones. - Pilot AI-augmented learning tools for self-paced learning. - **Learning Delivery & Measurement**: - Deliver workshops, coaching sessions, and digital learning experiences. - Measure program effectiveness through engagement, retention, skill adoption, and business impact metrics. - Continuously iterate on programs based on feedback. **Qualifications**: - **Essential Skills**: - 7-10 years in Learning & Development, Talent Enablement, or Organizational Development. - Experience designing and implementing leadership and cultural development programs. - Strong facilitation and coaching skills. - Deep understanding of consulting delivery culture and talent acceleration strategies. - **Preferred Skills**: - Experience in building L&D functions from the ground up. - Exposure to GDC or distributed team models in a global context. - Familiarity with AI-augmented learning tools and modern digital platforms.
