Learning & Development Manager

**Job Description:** As a Learning and Development Manager at Novotel Lucknow Gomti Nagar & Mercure Lucknow Gomti Nagar, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the team. Your responsibility will include conducting training needs analysis, planning future skill requirements, implementing training plans, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct and review training needs analysis annually and allocate budget accordingly. - Plan training programs for future skill requirements. - Develop and implement an annual training plan to address performance gaps. - Utilize Hotels Academic programs to bridge gaps in performance. - Provide brand customer service and quality standards training to all team members. - Maintain accurate reporting on training delivery and learning programs. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training for ROI and ROE. - Gather feedback from participants and their managers to assess the effectiveness of learning and development programs. - Establish a learning environment where each individual has a personal development plan. - Support talent in applying learning on the job after attending Hotels Academies training programs. - Coordinate cross-exposure and project-based learning for star talent. - Ensure all team members have access to learning opportunities. - Actively participate in the Certified Trainers Network. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. - Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs. - Strong understanding of learning and development principles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment. - Certification in training or human resources is a plus.
