Job Description We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect specializing in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to design, implement, and optimize EPM solutions that drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting capabilities. This role bridges business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring our EPM offering delivers strategic value and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Solution Design and Architecture: Design end-to-end EPM solutions with insightsoftware EPM products aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives. Develop solution blueprints covering data integration, application alignment, authorisation frameworks, and performance optimization. Implementation and Delivery: Lead technical implementation of solutions across insightsoftware EPM platforms. Oversee system configurations, customizations, and integrations with ERP systems and enterprise applications. Define and implement data models, hierarchies, business rules, and calculation logic for planning and consolidation Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with finance, FP&A, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Facilitate design sessions to gather requirements and validate approaches. Collaborate with IT teams for seamless integration and present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership. Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to development team. Establish development standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for EPM solutions. Lead proof of concepts to validate new technologies and drive continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced system performance and user experience. Project Management Support: Contribute to project planning, estimation, and resource allocation. Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards within agreed timelines and support change management activities including training and knowledge transfer. Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred) 9+ years of EPM solution architecture and implementation experience Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken). Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformations with EPM Proven experience with latest EPM tools in market (e.g. Oracle EPM Cloud, Pigment, OneStream, Anaplan, TM1, SAP BPC, SAC, Workday Adaptive Planning) Skills: Deep understanding of EPM concepts including financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting Expertise in multidimensional database design, and EPM-specific logic languages Strong knowledge of data integration patterns, ETL/ELT processes, and API-based integrations Understanding of cloud architecture principles, security best practices, and hybrid deployments Proficiency in SQL, MDX, and data visualization tools Business and Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements Experience with financial close processes, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and allocation methodologies Knowledge of industry-specific planning requirements across various sectors Familiarity with emerging EPM trends including predictive analytics, machine learning, and extended planning and analysis (xP&A) nd performance management best practices Industry-specific knowledge in areas such as finance, manufacturing, or retail is highly desirable Relevant EPM certifications (e.g., Oracle EPM Specialist, SAP BPC Certification) are preferred Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. ..
