Learning & Development Manager

In this role at Raffles, you will work closely with the Director, Talent & Culture to develop and implement training strategies and programs for all levels of staff within the property. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with department heads to identify training needs, designing customized learning solutions, creating training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules. You will also be coordinating and scheduling training sessions, workshops, and seminars. It will be your duty to monitor training effectiveness, provide recommendations for improvement, and conduct interactive, engaging training sessions tailored to the audience's needs. Supporting employees with continuous development plans and career progression will be an essential part of your role. Additionally, you will maintain and update training records to ensure compliance with industry standards and keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new training techniques. Qualifications: - Proven experience in Learning & Development, preferably within the hospitality industry. - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methods. - Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Proficient with hospitality industry standards and regulations.,
