Learning & Development Manager

We are looking for a skilled Learning & Development Manager with 3 to 9 years of experience to create and execute learning strategies and programs in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with excellent project management skills. This position is based in Gurgaon.

• Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development plans to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas of improvement and design targeted programs.
• Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees at all levels.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning objectives with business goals.
• Manage budgets and negotiate contracts for training programs and materials.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
• Experience with e-learning platforms, authoring tools, and learning management systems.
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or qualifications are an asset.
