Learning & Development Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Learning & Development Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in the field, with excellent communication skills and a strong background in learning strategies.

• Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies to enhance employee performance.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on various topics, including sales training and product training.
• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement company-wide learning methods to promote a culture of continuous learning.
• Track budgets and negotiate contracts for training programs.
• Hire and oversee Training and L&D Specialists to support learning initiatives.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle clients effectively.
• Strong knowledge of learning strategies and online training platforms.
• Experience in FMCG industry, preferably in beauty products or related fields.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with management systems and procedures.
