Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Learning & Development (L&D Strategy & Execution) role located at Mylapore, Chennai at FABRIC. The role involves setting up the Learning & Development (L&D) function from scratch, including strategy, content creation and tool implementation. It requires strong writing skills to curate and develop learning content. The person will design and launch end-to-end learning programs aligned with business goals. Location: Mylapore, Chennai Full time: Work from office only ( No WFH/Hybrid) Mon-Fri - 9.30-6.00pm Sat 9.30-1.30 pm ( all Saturdays working) ๐Ÿ”น Key Responsibilities: Build the L&D function from scratch Develop and curate engaging learning content Design and launch learning journeys across levels Implement tools and platforms to scale learning ๐Ÿ”น Key Skills Required : Strategic thinking and execution ability Excellent written communication and instructional design Strong grasp of learning tech tools and platforms Stakeholder management and facilitation skills Creativity in program design and delivery ๐Ÿ”น Job Description : 1. Strategy & Framework Design Define the L&D vision, goals, and annual roadmap aligned with business objectives. Create frameworks for onboarding, role-based learning, leadership development, and functional training. 2. Content Development & Curation Write and curate engaging content โ€“ articles, playbooks, training decks, microlearning modules, videos, etc. Translate internal knowledge into structured, scalable learning assets. 3. Technology Implementation Select and implement an LMS (Learning Management System) or appropriate tech stack. Use authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Canva, etc.) for content creation. Integrate learning with performance systems and dashboards. 4. Program Management Design and launch programs end-to-end โ€“ from planning and content creation to pilot, rollout, tracking, and iteration. Coordinate with internal trainers, subject matter experts, and external partners. 5. Culture & Engagement Build a learning culture with campaigns, learning nudges, gamification, and recognition.
