Job Description

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective internal training programs for our software products. Your focus will be on enabling employees to acquire in-depth product knowledge, ensuring they are well-prepared to support, sell, and utilize the products efficiently. By playing a key role in driving internal product adoption, you will contribute to improving productivity and enhancing employee performance. Your main responsibilities will include designing and delivering engaging training programs for various internal teams such as Sales, Support, Technical, and Customer Success. You will create and maintain training materials like presentations, manuals, eLearning modules, and video tutorials. Additionally, you will conduct instructor-led training sessions, both virtual and in-person, to educate employees on software features, updates, new releases, and best usage practices. Collaboration with Product, Engineering, and other teams is essential to develop accurate and up-to-date training content. You will work on ensuring that all training materials align with current product features and updates. Identifying training needs by partnering with department heads, analyzing employee skill gaps, and developing strategies to enhance product knowledge and adoption across departments will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will collect and analyze feedback from training sessions to enhance content delivery. Maintaining accurate training records, tracking trainee progress, and preparing reports on training outcomes, participation, and ROI are crucial aspects of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience as a Product Trainer, Technical Trainer, or in a Learning & Development (L&D) role. A strong understanding of software products, SaaS, or technical tools is required. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are essential, along with the ability to design training curriculum and develop engaging training content in different formats. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, proficiency in LMS tools, documentation software, and screen recording tools, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess training effectiveness, will be beneficial in this role. While not mandatory, experience working in the SaaS industry or enterprise software products, and certification in Learning & Development or Training (e.g., CPTM, ATD) would be considered advantageous.,
