Join TETR as Learning and Development Specialist Location: Gurgaon Experience: 2-4 years Position: Full-Time The Tetr Story: Tetr College of Business is a new-age B-school where students study in 7 different countries across eight semesters, gaining firsthand experience of various business environments and cultures. Founded by Pratham Mittal, a Wharton alumni and previous founder of Masters Union and Outgrow, our program uniquely combines global exposure with experiential learning. Every year our students study at leading partner universities, including NUS Singapore and FITT-IIT Delhi. Students build 7 different ventures in 7 up and coming sectors in different locations across the world like Dubai, India, United States, Ghana, Singapore, Argentina, and Europe and they get graded on actual business outcomes, ensuring practical experience and readiness for the real world. Students learn directly from distinguished faculty and global industry leaders, including: Viney Sawhney (Harvard University) Dr. Edward Rogers (Former Chief Knowledge Officer, NASA) Manoj Kohli (Former Country Head, SoftBank) The Role: We are looking for a passionate and driven Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving employee growth, enhancing skills, and creating an impactful learning culture across the organization. You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs with a strong focus on New Hire Trainings (NHTs) in a sales- oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities: * Conduct New Hire Trainings (NHTs) to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of employees, particularly in sales teams. * Design and deliver training programs tailored to organizational and role-specific needs. * Facilitate engaging and interactive learning sessions to maximize knowledge retention and skill application. * Partner with stakeholders and team leads to identify training gaps and implement solutions. * Develop training materials, e-learning modules, and job aids to support ongoing development. * Track training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes. * Support career development initiatives and continuous learning culture across teams. Requirements : * 34 years of experience conducting NHTs in a sales environment (experience in ed-tech or study abroad or higher education preferred). * Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills. * Proven ability to design and deliver training programs that are engaging and impactful. * Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS). * Strong analytical skills to measure training impact and provide insights for improvement. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
