Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Lead – Talent Management to drive our organization's talent development initiatives. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing learning programs, managing key client accounts, generating business leads, overseeing budgets and vendor relationships, and fostering strong relationships with trainers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Learning & Development

  • Design and implement comprehensive learning strategies and programs aligned with client development needs.
  • Regularly assess and review client requirements to tailor effective learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure learning initiatives support business objectives.

Key Account Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities from the existing client base.
  • Understand trainer capabilities to match them effectively with client requirements.
  • Promote cross-selling of services to maximize client engagement and revenue.

Budget & Partner Management

  • Develop and manage budgets for training programs and initiatives.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and partners to procure specialized training services.
  • Ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.

Relationship Building

  • Cultivate strong relationships with trainers to ensure alignment with organizational standards and client expectations.
  • Engage with clients regularly to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to maintain trust and credibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in talent management, learning and development, or related areas.
  • Proven track record in managing client accounts and delivering training solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and budget management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
