Role: To design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to build employees’ skills, performance, & support the organization’s goals.
Key Responsibilities :Training Needs Analysis, Program Design & Development, Training Delivery & Coordination

Required Candidate profile

2–5 years of experience in L&D, Training roles.Graduate/PG in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.Exposure to the Logistics / Warehousing industry will be an added advantage.
