Role Overview: As an L&D Specialist based in Pune, your primary responsibility will be to conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify skills gaps within the organization. You will collaborate with department heads and managers to align learning programs with business objectives and develop targeted training programs based on TNA data. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify skills gaps based on performance metrics, business goals, and industry trends - Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand specific training needs and align learning programs with business objectives - Develop actionable insights from TNA data to create targeted training programs - Coordinate and oversee training programs to help employees earn industry-recognized certifications - Design, develop, and deliver tailored training programs to address identified skill gaps - Select appropriate training methodologies to maximize engagement and learning outcomes - Measure the effectiveness of training programs and generate reports on training outcomes and ROI - Develop and implement career growth initiatives, including leadership development programs, mentorship opportunities, and succession planning Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Organizational Development) - Proven experience in conducting Training Need Analysis (TNA) and designing training programs - Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills - Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and manage relationships with external vendors - Certification in Learning and Development or related field is a plus Please note that if you meet the requirements and are interested in this opportunity, you can share your profile at lucky.manral@taggd.in.,
