About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Deputy Manager/Sr. Executive Learning & Development to join our team. This role requires a passionate L&D professional who can design, deliver, and manage learning programs that enhance employee skills and drive organizational growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in conducting face-to-face trainings , managing an LMS (Learning Management System) , and utilizing digital tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva to create impactful creatives and learning material. Key Responsibilities: Training Delivery & Facilitation Conduct face-to-face training sessions on various behavioral, functional, and leadership development topics. Design and facilitate engaging workshops, seminars, and classroom training programs. Customize learning content to cater to different employee levels and business functions. Gather feedback and continuously improve training effectiveness. Identify and Partner with external vendors for specialized training programs. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration Manage and maintain the LMS platform , ensuring seamless access to training resources. Upload, organize, and update e-learning content, courses, and assessments. Track learner progress, generate reports, and analyze training effectiveness. Troubleshoot LMS-related issues and support employees in using the platform. Learning Program Design & Development Assist in developing learning curriculums and competency frameworks. Develop e-learning modules and interactive training content. Reporting & Data Analysis Generate dashboards and reports to measure training effectiveness and ROI. Present insights and recommendations from data Employee Engagement & Learning Culture Drive learning engagement through interactive campaigns and internal communication. Support learning events, webinars, and company-wide development initiatives. Promote a culture of continuous learning through creative interventions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Dashboards), PowerPoint (Visual Presentations), and Canva (Creative Design) . Strong communication, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
