Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with business units and HR Business Partners (HRBPs). • Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning programs through classroom, virtual, and blended formats. • Evaluate training effectiveness using participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. • Manage learning platforms (LMS) to track employee participation, completion, and progress. • Coordinate with external vendors and subject matter experts for specialized training sessions. • Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements. • Promote a culture of continuous learning through engagement initiatives and communication campaigns.
