Job Summary

System Administrator & Facilities Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, and network infrastructure.
  • Manage DNS and DHCP services to ensure stable and secure network performance.
  • Administer and maintain Active Directory: user creation, group policies, permissions.
  • Monitor IT systems, resolve technical issues, and escalate when necessary.
  • Ensure internet connectivity and systems uptime; coordinate with ISP when required.
  • Manage and maintain CCTV cameras and access control systems.
  • Generate access logs, issue ID and access cards, and maintain related reports.

Facilities and Office Management

  • Handle petty cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Coordinate procurement of office supplies, pantry items, and stationery.
  • Order daily snacks and meals for employees and meetings.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including transport, hotel bookings, and logistics.
  • Support HR and admin teams in office decoration, events, and festival celebrations.
  • Assist in planning and organizing team outings, office lunches, and offsite meetings.
  • Book conference rooms and ensure they are ready for meetings.
  • Receive and dispatch couriers and maintain tracking logs.
  • Coordinate with vendors for facility repairs, internet issues, and general maintenance.
  • Buy gifts or arrange special items as per HR or management requests.

Skills Required

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge in IT infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
  • Willingness to manage a combination of IT and office administrative duties.
  • Able to multi-task and handle responsibilities independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in office management, administrative support, or facilities coordination.
  • Familiarity with vendor and procurement processes.
  • Prior exposure to access control or security systems is an added advantage.
