About Role:

The Learning & Development Executive will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and support organizational growth. This role involves creating training calendars, conducting skills assessments, performing training needs analysis (TNA), and delivering engaging training sessions for employees across various functions.

Roles And Responsibilities

Training Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and maintain an annual training calendar aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate logistics for training programs (venue, materials, scheduling).
  • Conduct in-house training sessions and manage external training vendors.

Skills Assessment & TNA

  • Perform skills gap analysis through surveys, interviews, and performance data.
  • Identify training needs at individual, team, and organizational levels.
  • Recommend appropriate learning interventions to bridge skill gaps.

Reporting & MIS

  • Maintain accurate records of training programs, attendance, and outcomes.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on training metrics and ROI.

Required Skills

  • 2-3 years in L&D or training roles, preferably in IT/Technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Analytical mindset for skills assessment and TNA.
