Learning and Development Executive (On Contract)

Role Overview: As a Learning & Development Executive at nCircle Tech Private Limited, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and support organizational growth. Your role will involve creating training calendars, conducting skills assessments, performing training needs analysis (TNA), and delivering engaging training sessions for employees across various functions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain an annual training calendar aligned with business objectives. - Coordinate logistics for training programs including venue, materials, and scheduling. - Conduct in-house training sessions and manage external training vendors. - Perform skills gap analysis through surveys, interviews, and performance data. - Identify training needs at individual, team, and organizational levels. - Recommend appropriate learning interventions to bridge skill gaps. - Maintain accurate records of training programs, attendance, and outcomes. - Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on training metrics and ROI.
