Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and implement
training programs
based on the companys L&D roadmap.
Assist in
training needs analysis (TNA)
by collecting inputs from departments and performance data.
Maintain and update the
training calendar
, ensuring timely communication and logistics.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to
schedule workshops, webinars, and certifications
.
Support
onboarding and induction programs
for new joiners.
Track and maintain
training attendance, feedback, and effectiveness data
.
Prepare
reports, dashboards, and summaries
on learning metrics and ROI.
Assist in developing
e-learning content, assessments, and knowledge materials
.
Coordinate
employee engagement and skill development initiatives
.
Stay updated with
trends in L&D and digital learning
.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development or training coordination.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with LMS is a plus.
Organizational and time management skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze training impact.
