Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement lean initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions using lean principles such as kaizen events, Poka Yoke, and 5S system.
Design and implement value stream mapping to visualize production processes and optimize workflows.
Analyze data from various sources (e.g., OEE, TPM) to drive continuous improvement efforts.
Provide training on lean concepts, tools, and methodologies to team members at all levels.

Desired Candidate Profile

6-11 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with expertise in lean implementation, management, six sigma certification.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing tools including Kanban boards, Kaizen events, Poka Yoke devices.
