LEAN ENGINEER

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Support in driving Lean culture in Adas.
Drives Kaizen in plant
Implement and sustain 5S methodology in organization.
Identifies, evaluates, and resolves non-routine problems, focuses on modern problem-solving tools.
Designing and implementing basic Material Movement flow and Kanban systems as per Lean standards.

Qualifications

Graduate in Engineering
2-3 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing
English (Moderate)
GB Training
Communication
Project Management
Excellence in execution
