Lean Engineer

As a Lean Engineer with 3-8 years of experience and a B.Tech qualification, you will be responsible for driving corporate guidelines and implementing Lean manufacturing practices both at the site and vendors" locations. Your role will involve specifying and developing operational sequences and manufacturing methods while maintaining manufacturing process routings. You will also be in charge of implementing and maintaining work standards records, including engineering and estimating set-up and run times for all manufacturing processes. In this role, you will be expected to enhance the 5S standards and focus on identifying, evaluating, and resolving non-routine problems using modern problem-solving tools. Additionally, you will provide technical support for plant layout, equipment purchases, equipment upgrades, and feasibility studies. This is a full-time position based in Vadodara, and the work is expected to be conducted in person.,
