Reporting any near misses related to safety abnormalities, whether unsafe conditions or acts, is a key responsibility. Maintaining 5S standards, ensuring a safe workplace with excellent housekeeping standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through generating Kaizens and One Point Lessons are essential tasks. You will also be responsible for enhancing the skill metrics of the lab. The ideal candidate will have an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry.
