Lean Engineer

Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities:
• Support in driving Lean culture in Adas.
• Drives Kaizen in plant
• Implement and sustain 5S methodology in organization.
• Identifies, evaluates, and resolves non-routine problems, focuses on modern problem-solving tools.
• Designing and implementing basic Material Movement flow and Kanban systems as per Lean standards.
  

Qualifications

• Graduate in Engineering
• 2-3 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing
• English (Moderate)
• GB Training
• Communication
• Project Management
• Excellence in execution
