The job involves effectively implementing and following up on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will be responsible for measuring and monitoring tool management, ensuring effective machinery utilization in sewing, and managing spare parts. Additionally, you will need to follow up on the 6M concept, provide employee training and skill development opportunities, and work on improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) in sewing operations. You will also be in charge of man management and ensuring on-time facility provisions. Staying updated on Lean Concepts and Kaizens is important for this role. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a cost control plan. Job Description Role: SAP Rise Architect Grade: D Guide customers through their cloud journey (with special focus on adopt and derive), starting with Enterprise archetypes and scaling digitally. Provide enterprise architecture guidance using RISE with SAP methodology and Clean Core principles to ensure that every customer benefits from SAPs cloud qualities. Act as the Transformation Partner for the CIO or other CxO, driving architecture effectiveness. Support adoption, identifying and mitigating technical adoption risks. Enhance impact on customers business goals by driving value realization through solution adoption and consumption of capabilities. Bundle customer expectations and align business goals in a tangible enterprise level success plan to monitor and validate KPIs & value drivers to enable value-driven business transformation with value framework. Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring secure, reliable, and flexible cloud environments for mission-critical processes. Must-Have Requirements: 15+ years in customer experience roles (e.g., Program Manager, Architect), with experience in end-to-end architectural design for hybrid solution landscapes. Extensive knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and Toolset, and experience with BTP components and services such as application development, automation, data and analytics, integration, and AI capabilities. S/4HANA technical or/and SAP S/4HANA application/functional knowledge/experience. Proficiency in SAP Integration and Extensibility Advisory Methodologies and Clean Core principles.
