GlobalLogic is looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant Manager - Workforce Management (WFM) to lead and support critical workforce planning functions. The ideal candidate should possess experience in managing workforce operations, a deep understanding of forecasting, real-time monitoring, and strong client relationship skills. This role requires strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and effective stakeholder management across internal teams and clients. The Assistant Manager - Workforce Management will serve as the primary point of contact for WFM-related client interactions, understanding client-specific workforce requirements, delivering customized solutions, providing regular updates, reports, and performance metrics to clients, and proactively addressing client concerns to ensure SLA adherence and operational transparency. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will foster strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, collaborate with operations, training, and quality teams to align workforce strategies with business goals, manage expectations and communication flow, and ensure mutual trust and performance alignment. Moreover, the Assistant Manager will act as the WFM lead for the site, providing direction and support to the on-ground team, driving performance improvements by identifying and resolving site-level WFM challenges, representing WFM in site-level strategic meetings and initiatives, and supporting change management, coaching, and team development efforts. Furthermore, responsibilities include developing short-term and long-term forecasts based on historical data and business inputs, preparing capacity plans and staffing models in alignment with expected workload volumes, creating and managing schedules to ensure optimal staffing to meet service level targets, conducting periodic reviews of forecast accuracy, and overseeing real-time adherence (RTA) and intraday performance.
