Job Role
We are looking for a Senior MIS professional who can take ownership of key projects, partner with different stakeholders, and drive business growth through strong reporting and data analysis. The role needs someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities at once. To succeed, you should bring strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills along with the ability to build effective working relationships.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects like Sales efficiency, and other central initiatives to drive business growth.
- Drive key projects, build reports, and work closely with Account Managers and Cluster Managers.
- Think strategically on sales efficiency initiatives like sales scorecards, incentives, and other reward programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and projects.
- Do deep-dive analysis for GOV growth and generate actionable insights for Dineout brands
- Regularly connect with the sales team to review metrics, identify trends, and drive execution
- Prepare clear reports and narratives for leadership and run regular review cadences.
- Build weekly/monthly insights and RCAs to track KPIs with partners and internal teams
- Work with the Reporting Head for data requirements, governance checks, and hygiene metrics.
- Build systems and processes to flag anomalies in reporting and data.
- Support creation of self-serve tools and reports to reduce manual work and improve decision speed.
Desired Skill
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Analytics / After Sales / CRM / Biz Ops roles.
- Excellent Analytical Skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL is a must.
- Graduate/MBA from Tier 2/3 colleges
- Excellent communication skill
- Great stakeholder management (cross-functional and internal coordination)
