Lead Specialist - Health ActuarialLocation: Gurgaon



This is a hands-on role working with U.S. consulting & Actuarial teams to deliver high-quality analysis, client reports and materials. The successful candidate will be an individual contributor who is developing into a technical expert – guiding junior analysts, leading technical learning sessions, occasionally taking part in client meetings, and partnering with senior colleagu

    Minimum 6 years of actuarial experie
  • nce.Practical knowledge of US health & benefits (H&B) domain preferred—experience with employer-sponsored healthcare in the U.S. is an advant
  • age.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpretation skills with attention to numerical accur
  • acy.Fluent written and spoken English; ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audien
  • ces.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment and adapt to rapidly changing priorit
  • ies.Solid project management skills and ability to work both independently and collaborativ
  • ely.Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, preparing PowerPoint deliverables and client repo
  • rts.Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mind

    Prior actuarial consulting experience in healthcare or experience independently managing multiple complex pro

  • works.Demonstrated experience translating technical analysis into practical client recommenda
  • tions.Any graduate degree – preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, or another quantitatively rigorous disci
  • pline.Preferably 3–4 actuarial exams cleared, including CS and CM (or equivalent progress toward actuarial qualifica
