Job Description

Responsibilities

Client-Facing Solutioning

  • Serve as the primary technology thought partner for strategy, client servicing, and business teams during new pitches and ongoing projects.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover business needs and align them with relevant MarTech and AdTech solutions.
  • Design tailored solutions involving CDPs, analytics, personalization, CRM, campaign automation, media platforms, and measurement.

Solution Architecture

  • Create scalable architecture diagrams and implementation roadmaps across:
  • MarTech: CDPs (Tealium, Segment, Adobe), CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), Marketing Automation (Braze, MoEngage)
  • AdTech: DSPs (DV360, TTD), Ad Servers, DMPs, MMPs
  • Analytics & Data: GA4, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, BigQuery
  • Balance immediate needs with long-term scalability and privacy requirements.

Pitch & Proposal Support

  • Collaborate with business development and strategy teams to craft solution narratives, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Represent the agency in client meetings, delivering demos and POVs that establish us as a strategic partner.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with data, engineering, creative tech, and media teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
  • Define use cases and user stories for implementation teams; guide execution as needed.

Innovation & Thought Leadership

  • Stay ahead of emerging trends like cookieless advertising, AI/ML in marketing, and identity resolution.
  • Contribute to building reusable solution frameworks, case studies, and capability decks for the agency.

Experience

What You’ll Bring

  • 6–10 years in a digital agency, consulting firm, or marketing technology environment.
  • Hands-on experience in marketing technology stack planning, including CDPs, automation tools, tag management systems, and identity frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of media ecosystem, performance measurement, and audience strategy.

Skills

  • Ability to simplify complex technology for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in creating technical documentation, user flows, and solution blueprints.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS), APIs, and JavaScript tagging is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
