Responsibilities—

• Develop and execute the technical roadmap to scale Level AI’s technology stack.
• Design and build highly scalable and low-latency distributed systems to process large-scale real-time data.
• Drive best-in-class engineering practices through the software development lifecycle.
• Drive operational excellence for critical services that need to have high uptime.
• Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders within and outside engineering to create technical plans to deliver on important business goals, and lead the execution of those.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and thoughtfully apply them to Level AI’s tech stacks.

Requirement -

• Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/PhD from

  tier 1

  Engineering institutes with relevant work experience with a top technology company.
• 5+ years of Backend and Infrastructure Experience with strong track record in development, architecture, and design
• Hands-on experience with large-scale databases, high-scale messaging systems, and real-time Job Queues.
• Experience navigating and understanding large-scale systems and complex codebases and architectural patterns.
• Experience mentoring and providing technical leadership to other engineers in the team.
• Nice to have:
• Experience with Google Cloud, Django, Postgres, Celery, and Redis.
• Some experience with AI Infrastructure and Operations.
