We seek an experienced MDG/MDM Consultant to drive master data management initiatives, collaborating closely with business and IT stakeholders. The role is pivotal in maintaining data consistency and accuracy, contributing to the organization's overall data governance strategy.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement MDG/MDM solutions, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across critical master data domains.
- Collaborate with business analysts and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective MDG/MDM strategies.
- Develop and execute MDG/MDM roadmaps, aligning with business objectives and IT infrastructure.
- Ensure data governance and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead a team of MDG/MDM specialists, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with emerging MDG/MDM technologies and best practices, driving innovation within the team.
- Document and communicate MDG/MDM processes and procedures, ensuring knowledge transfer and consistency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to integrate MDG/MDM solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Provide MDG/MDM support and troubleshooting, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in MDG/MDM consulting, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP MDG/MDM tools and technologies, including SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of master data management principles and best practices.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience leading and mentoring MDG/MDM teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, able to identify and resolve complex MDG/MDM challenges.
- Proficiency in MDG/MDM data modeling and architecture design.
- Familiarity with industry-specific master data management requirements, especially in the Indian market.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
