Role Description

Salesforce Technical Architect

Your Impact

• Architect and deliver complex Salesforce solutions using Salesforce, AppExchange products, and B2B/D2C Commerce Cloud.
• Lead solution design including

  data modeling, process flows, API/integration design, and business logic definitions

  .
• Drive Salesforce integration projects (to/from systems) including

  real-time and near real-time data sync

  .
• Provide guidance on Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning to ensure development best practices.
• Collaborate with global teams (onshore/offshore) to ensure seamless delivery.
• Consult clients on Salesforce roadmap, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants, elevating delivery quality across the team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 8–12 years of Salesforce implementation experience

  , with at least

  2+ years as a Salesforce Technical Architect

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Lightning Applications (B2B & D2C Commerce)

  including headless mode and B2B Commerce APIs.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce

  Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (LWC, Aura, Design System)

  .
• Proven experience in

  Salesforce integrations

  (REST, SOAP APIs, authentication mechanisms, governor limits).
• Ability to design and review scalable architectures, data flows, and integrations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and consulting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Architect Certifications (e.g., Technical Architect, Application Architect).
• Knowledge of

  Heroku, Angular.js, Salesforce Einstein, Salesforce CPQ, CloudCraze B2B

  .
• Familiarity with modern frontend technologies (JS frameworks, CSS libraries, responsive design).
• Incident/problem management skills.
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams.
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with ability to work independently.
