We are seeking a seasoned Lead US Recruiter with 6+ years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition across the US market, with a strong focus on hiring for digital technology, media, publishing, EdTech, QA, and project/program management roles. This role demands hands-on expertise in US staffing , passive sourcing , and client engagement , along with a deep understanding of the US talent landscape, compliance, and cultural dynamics. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End US Recruitment - Own the full recruitment life cycle across diverse verticals like Tech (QA, Publishing Tech, PMO), Creative (Media, Design, Accessibility), and EdTech (Instructional Design, Learning Tech, Curriculum). US Market Expertise - Source and attract top talent from the US for roles in e-learning, SaaS-based EdTech, digital content, and project/program management. Mid to Senior-Level Hiring - Drive strategic and leadership hiring for niche and high-impact roles across the digital and education sectors. Stakeholder Management - Collaborate directly with US-based hiring managers, CXOs, and delivery heads to define and execute scalable talent strategies. Advanced Sourcing Boolean Techniques - Leverage platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Indeed, plus advanced Boolean and X-ray search methods for passive sourcing. ATS/CRM Process Excellence - Utilize ATS tools (like Bullhorn, JobDiva, Greenhouse, etc.) for pipeline management, ensuring high-quality candidate experience and faster time-to-fill. Mentorship Team Support - Lead and mentor junior recruiters; promote knowledge sharing and foster a culture of continuous improvement. US Offer Management - Manage end-to-end offer negotiation and onboarding processes, adhering to US employment practices and salary benchmarks. Analytics Hiring Trends - Track recruitment KPIs, monitor hiring trends in the US tech and education sector, and deliver reports to optimize decision-making. Key Skills Qualifications: 6+ years of proven US recruiting experience across digital tech, EdTech, publishing, and creative functions. Expertise in recruiting for US-based roles with an understanding of work authorizations (US Citizens, Green Card, H1B, etc.). Deep knowledge of niche hiring, talent mapping, and executive search methodologies. Hands-on experience with US job boards and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed). Familiarity with US compensation structures, labor laws, and onboarding practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
