Job Description

Role: Customer Relationship Executive , The Customer Relationship Executive will be the primary point of contact for existing and potential customers. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing queries or concerns, coordinating with internal teams for timely service delivery, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the engagement lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: 1. Relationship Development o Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with customers. o Understand client preferences and support the team in improving customer satisfaction. 2. Customer Engagement o Communicate regularly with customers through phone calls, emails, and in person interactions. o Follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with our products and services. 3. Account Assistance o Support the Customer Relationship Manager by maintaining client account details. o Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services to clients. 4. Issue Handling o Record and report customer concerns or complaints. o Follow up with relevant departments to ensure resolution of issues. 5. Sales Coordination o Identify basic upselling or cross-selling opportunities and inform the sales team. o Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for clients. 6. CRM & Data Management o Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. o Help analyze customer data for trends and service improvements. 7. Customer Feedback o Collect and document customer feedback. o Share insights with the team to improve products, services, and overall customer experience. 8. Reporting o Prepare basic reports on customer interaction, service satisfaction, and feedback. o Assist in tracking KPIs related to customer service and relationship goals. 9. Training Support o Assist in educating customers on using Ricardo Elevators' products and services. o Provide basic support to help customers understand key features. 10. Team Collaboration o Work closely with the sales, service, and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction. o Follow company procedures and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
