About the Role:

Lead Qualification Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Research & Generation:

  • Identify relevant stakeholders such as directors, architects, project heads, and procurement managers from enterprise projects across India.
  • Analyze publicly available documents, company filings, and project disclosures to extract decision-maker data.
  • Use professional tools (Lusha, Apollo.io, LinkedIn, RocketReach, etc.) to mine, validate, and enrich contact details, including mobile numbers and email addresses.
  • Maintain structured lead databases with traceable sources, confidence scores, and metadata tagging.

Lead Qualification & Verification:

  • Initiate outbound calls to verify stakeholder identities, confirm their roles, and assess involvement in enterprise decision-making.
  • Validate project or business activity status, gather updated contact details, and confirm relevance for sales engagement.
  • Maintain accurate call logs, outcome notes, and continuously update lead records in CRM and shared sheets.
  • Provide structured feedback to the research team for continuous refinement of targeting criteria.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Liaise with the sales, research, and product teams to ensure research outputs are aligned with real-world sales use cases.
  • Share market insights and lead behavior trends from conversations to help optimize lead filters, messaging strategies, and product positioning.

Key Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in lead generation, B2B tele-calling, or enterprise research roles.
  • Excellent spoken communication skills in English and Hindi (fluency in additional Indian languages is a plus).
  • Proven expertise using prospecting tools such as Lusha, Apollo.io, RocketReach, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong analytical and judgment skills ability to work with unstructured data and identify relevant contacts.
  • Familiarity with company data, project workflows, or enterprise procurement practices is preferred.
  • High proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and CRM platforms.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and performance-driven with strong ownership over outcomes.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to the construction, infrastructure, or real estate ecosystem in India.
  • Background in SaaS, data intelligence, or B2B sales enablement.
  • Understanding of Indian enterprise hierarchies and project lifecycles.
